Heidhi Wellness Refund Policy

At Heidhi Wellness, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our premium skincare products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Quick Summary: We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. For defective or damaged items, we provide a full refund or replacement. Opened products may be eligible for store credit if they cause skin irritation.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Time Frame

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Product must be unopened and sealed
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Product must not show signs of use or damage

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened skincare products (unless defective)
  • Personal care items that have been used
  • Gift cards or downloadable software products
  • Items on sale or clearance (unless defective)

Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless they are defective or have caused an adverse reaction.

Package your item securely and ship to the address we provide with the RA Number clearly visible

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timeline

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@heidhiwellness.com and include your order number and photos of the defective product.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Required Information

When reporting a damaged or defective item, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and batch number (if available)
  • Clear photos of the damaged/defective product
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or provide a full refund if preferred.

7. Skin Reactions & Sensitivities

We understand that skincare products can sometimes cause unexpected reactions, even with careful formulation.

Our Policy

If a product causes irritation or an adverse reaction:

  • Discontinue use immediately
  • Contact us within 14 days of purchase
  • We may offer store credit for the returned product
  • Medical documentation may be required for refund consideration

Important: We recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product. Apply a small amount to your inner arm and wait 24 hours to check for any reaction before applying to your face.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions

We will cover return shipping costs in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged product
  • We sent you the wrong item
  • The return is a result of our error

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

10. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.

11. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. It may then take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

What if I received a damaged product?

Can I return a product if I simply don't like it?

Yes, if the product is unopened and in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs). For opened products, we can only accept returns if the product is defective or has caused an adverse reaction.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). In cases where we're at fault, we will provide a prepaid return label.

What if I miss the 30-day return window?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days from the delivery date. We make exceptions only for defective products, which may be returned within 90 days of purchase.
